Sorry.
I made myself a wikipedia account and immediately went to feed the horses afterwards.
When I came back, my older brother - being the immature person he is - must have went on and said something bad. What did he do?..
Sorry about the inconvenience. I will be more careful about my account.

Thanks
Thank you very much for signing up for the July Backlog Elimination Drive! The copyedit backlog stretches back two and a half years, all the way back to the beginning of 2008! We're really going to need all the help we can muster to get it down to a manageable number. We've ambitiously set a goal of clearing all of 2008 from the backlog this month. So once again, thanks for your support! --Diannaa TALK 18:17, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Why did you feel the need to revert my revert of vandalism? 69.181.249.92 (talk) 19:02, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
- That's strange. Our bits must have crossed each other somehow. Thanks for the heads up. I reverted the article to your latest version. Cheers!-- φ OnePt618Talk φ 19:09, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
- Ah, it was automated reversion on your part with HG. I notice that we also crossed on the warning. Cheers! 69.181.249.92 (talk) 19:15, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
Hope this works.Yes,Pt618 I made an edit on the "Good Ship Lollipop" and then found I was wrong and tried to remove my edit.Shouldn't have made the edit to begin with,factually incorrect and not constructive to the overall article.If you removed it,thank you.24.19.196.178 (talk) 08:38, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

XLR8
Hello, I requested for XLR8's page to be protected, it's my first time to do it but I don't know if I did the right thing so please help me to check it. Anyway, XLR8's page has been vandalized by haters almost everyday it's frustrating that's why I want the page to be protected. Thanks and God bless! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mushymushroom (talk • contribs) 09:30, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
DYK for Here's the Deal: Don't Touch Me
On July 6, 2010, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Here's the Deal: Don't Touch Me, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check ) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Congrats! You're on the Main page! (well, the article you started, but anyway...) Your edits are looking good so far. How's Huggle working for you? PrincessofLlyr royal court 12:52, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks! That means a lot to me! =D Huggle's interesting. It's an awesome tool for doing what it does best, viz. vandal-fighting. But it's annoyingly inflexible when you try to use it for other things, e.g. monitor pages edited by newbies. (e.g. it doesn't support Special pages.) Other than the incident I alluded to on your talk page, how do you think I'm doing, is there any particular area you feel I could strengthen myself? My goal is to provide an admin-class level of excellence (although whether I should be an admin or not is something the community will decide, not me...)-- φ OnePt618Talk φ 04:22, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
- Talk page stalker here. I was wondering what made ref number 5 a reliable source in the article above (congrats on the DYK!) As for some advice, I would suggest trying to edit in as many areas as possible. You might find something new that you like. Specifically, have you tried GA reviewing? There's a huge backlog at WP:GAN. New page patrolling can also be fun. Also, take your time :). Beside the incident you alluded to, you've been doing great! When I first singed up, I created two one-liner articles… that were deleted. It took me way longer to "learn the ropes" here (a great adopter probably would've helped :D). Keep up the vandal whacking, and don't burn yourself out too fast . Airplaneman ✈ Review? 05:03, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Friendly quick welcome mode
Hi,
just to let you know, I've just changed the default value of Friendly's quick welcome mode back to restore the previous, "broken" behavior. You'll need to add
if( typeof( FriendlyConfig ) == 'undefined' ) FriendlyConfig = {};
FriendlyConfig.quickWelcomeMode = "semiauto";
to your skin script file if you want to get it back. :)

Cumulate Rock
Hi, I recently edited the Cumulate Rock page because it was demonstrably factually inaccurate, and you reverted my changes. I am assuming this is because I made three edits in short order. It is my first submission and I tried to leave as much of the original content as possible, and only change the parts I was positive were wrong. I even checked myself both with look-ups to other Wikipedia pages and other web-based Geology sites.
Please advise on how to implement corrections without having them reversed for not being helpful. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phat chickiller (talk • contribs) 06:24, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

- I'm good, Princess!! :) Busy week at work so I haven't had time to edit lately. How are you?-- φ OnePt618Talk φ 02:55, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- I've been pretty good. Really busy IRL, so I've done about two weeks time in wikibreak the past month. Which, incidentally, is how I managed to miss your post above asking me what I thought about your contributions. So, if you'd like my reply, here it is, quite a bit late! Your contributions look fine. However, if you do actually want to be an admin (or just want more diversity) I suggest you intersperse some of your anti-vandalism and auto-cleaning with article building. Like Airplaneman said, write a GA or if you don't want to commit to that much work (I haven't yet), just pick a little, underdeveloped article, clean it up, expand a little, add some refs. Normally it takes me about and hour (minimum) and the article comes out a whole lot better for it. And for why you should do this: 1. it's good experience. 2. if you do actually want to be an admin, people will look at your automated vs. manual edits, and most prefer to see a balance/more manual. Also, have you been watching the RfA page at all? Even if it's awhile before you're going to think about running, or if you never run, it can still provide you with a great gauge of what the community expects from more experienced editors. Anyway, that's really long, but those are my comments! PrincessofLlyr royal court 11:55, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

How are you pulling rank and labeling my concise editing vandalism? There's an entire article on the blown call. Why repeat the minutia so that it takes up 90% of his page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.255.199.12 (talk) 03:37, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

- (talk page stalker) This seems like a WP:ORLY moment. You cannot use original research & need a reliable source, even if it is "common knowledge". Allmightyduck What did I do wrong? 03:44, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
Right, though that is not the same as vandalism. This editor has a habit of using the vandalism tag too loosely. Need to assume good intentions, while marking it for references rather than vandalism.
