A kitten for you!
[edit]I think the syllabus says we're supposed to give a star or something for a featured comment, but given that we can now give people kittens, that seems so much more exciting.

Midterm/Topic Summary stuff
[edit]My chosen topic is Cleanfeed. This is a content blocking system used by ISPs in the United Kingdom and Canada. I wish to expand the section about its use and include a new section about the controversies surrounding the use of Cleanfeed. I also want to improve the layout of the sections as it isn't that clear whether systems between the UK and Canada are the same or simply run under the same name. In expanding the section for the UK I wish to include a recent development between BT Group and NewzBin where the Cleanfeed system is being used in an attempt to curb copyright infringement in the UK. N.B. In regards to the Newzbin topic to include, someone has beaten me to it. OneMadRabbit (talk) 21:17, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
