The article should not, at all, be deleted in as much as there is absolutely no copyright infringement in this case. For your information, I am the original author of both the aformentioned web material and the present one titled "Ogbonna O. Onovo." You will recall that on January 15, 2009, my post titled "Mr. Ogbonna O. Onovo, O.O.N., N.P.M., nmi - An Epitome of Public Safety Leadership" was deleted "because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article." Please note that it was after this deletion that, on January 21, 2009, I decided to post that same material on the messageboard of the BiafraNigeriaWorld (BNW) web site, where I also enjoy some writing and publishing privileges. Nevertheless, I recently spared the leisure to revise it in order conform to the Wikipedia criteria; hence, my reposting it under the new and simplified heading "Ogbonna O. Onovo." By means of this transmittal, please be advised that the material in question does not violate anybody's copyright. As requested, an elaborate explanatory e-mail is being transmitted, in this regard, to the applicable quarters - permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
