I tried to help improve wikipedia -- my edits were summarily rolled back, my attempts at discussing changes were dismissed by insiders complaining that I didn't understand WP:alphabet soup or wasn't genuflecting to their satisfaction.
Wikipedia is supposed to reflect a neutral point of view, not the opinions of an insider high school clique. There is a lot of opinion, and on one page that I am familiar with (keynesian economics), there are items that are just plain wrong. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Wikipedia
I had (past tense) some time to help fix these, but I don't have time or interest to babysit the insecure clique that guards what have essentially become their private wiki pages -- and I suspect many other volunteer editors will also lack time and interest. Its a matter the site administrators need to address before anyone wastes anymore time fixing the pages.
Please do not write any notes to me here. I will no longer check wikipedia. Ogreggy (talk) 16:31, 28 October 2015 (UTC)
