[edit]It's very small, but if you add a paragraph or two you probably can successfully contest the deletion. Try even adding an infobox that you could just copy from other Russian political leaders' sites and then modify for his information. The English within the question was good enough to make a point so keep up the good work. Just so you know, "did" is the past tense of "do."
