Hi there, for some reason I cannot locate your email in either my personal emails or that received by the Arbitration Committee. I will be on a break for a bit, but I do not want to ignore your concerns. If you go to User:Arbitration Committee and click "email this user" from that page, I have verified that the email will go straight to the Arbitration Committee email address.
