Possibly unfree File:Collective Logo Black RGB.jpg

[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Collective Logo Black RGB.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you object to the listing for any reason. Thank you.

Basically, when you uploaded File:Collective Logo Black RGB.jpg, you added a tag on the file's description page that stated you were the copyright holder to the logo, and therefore, you have the authority to release elements of your copyright under a Creative Commons license. However, there is no evidence on Camden Collective's website that they have made this file free to use by anyone, and there is also no evidence that you represent Camden Collective.

I appreciate that you've uploaded a higher quality image of the logo, however, and if the file is, in fact, non-free, then the file probably won't be deleted, but allowed to stay under Wikipedia's non-free content policy. I apologize for the complexity of the situation; Wikipedia takes copyrights very seriously, and we want to get image licensing right. If you have any questions, please let me know.
