Hey! I'm your peer reviewer, I think your draft is really coming along. I like how you've included how mutations in TCF7L2 affects humans, whether it's directly or indirectly leading to many different diseases. I also like how your sentences are straightforward and to the point, making it a very easy read. Although after fully reading your draft, I have some suggestions that you may find useful. I think adding a section about the structure of TCF7L2 or where it's localized whether it be in the cell or on the chromosome will be useful, perhaps adding a picture demonstrating this will help explain this section. Furthermore, I suggest putting your draft into different subsections so it's easier to read. One last thing to be careful of is using language the general population won't understand, as for now it seems good, but as you add more information it might be one thing to look out for.
