@Ahmed Manhal Hussain : If you want to create an article about yourself, please read Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide and be mindful that creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you do decide to try it, though, you first should read the notability guideline which will define if the article should be included within the encyclopedia. Other important policies include maintaining a neutral point of view and only using reliable sources to cite the information. This is all explained in the first link I sent you. I don't seek credit for that but the process has changed a bit it seems - is there a good document to (clearly and concisely) show how it works now?
