[edit]I don't edit regularly these days. I'm not watching my watchlist, and I check the talk page only occasionally, so please don't wait around for a response, just dive in & fix whatever needs fixin' on pages I've edited. I do hope to be back someday at a more sustainable pace. I have a lot of fun when I'm here. Northwesterner1 (talk) 03:34, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
A NW1 sighting!
[edit]I saw some of your edits on Bear Creek (Rogue River) and wondered what you were up to, and there you are on Finetooth's page. We miss your excellent contributions but of course the real world is important too. I Hope things are going well. Don't be a stranger! Katr67 (talk) 03:26, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, Katr. All is well. Just got sucked into too many projects & I do them all with the obsessiveness that I edit Wikipedia. I'll be around again someday -- thanks for holding down the fort. You all at WPP Oregon do an amazing job. Northwesterner1 (talk) 03:30, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
Good to hear from you
[edit]Glad to hear from you, glad you're back, and thanks for the kind words. FAC always makes me a little sweaty, but each adventure there has turned out OK. Most of the editors I've encountered seem genuinely interested in improving the encyclopedia, which includes a lot of terrific work such as Hanford Site and your wonderful maps. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hanford Site Featured article review
[edit]I have nominated Hanford Site for a featured article review here. Please join the discussion on whether this article meets the featured article criteria. Articles are typically reviewed for two weeks. If substantial concerns are not addressed during the review period, the article will be moved to the Featured Article Removal Candidates list for a further period, where editors may declare "Keep" or "Delist" in regards to the article's featured status. The instructions for the review process are here. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:28, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
