Thanks for reporting the IP vandalizing Ammon Bundy. MB298 (talk) 01:05, 4 January 2017 (UTC)

Van Badham (talk)

Many thanks for removing abuse on this page! The main article (Van Badham) has been protected (confirmed user) by Acroterion for persistent BLP violations (abuse). Maybe the talk page should be likewise protected?AiasBigAndLittle (talk) 10:37, 10 January 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the notice, am I to construe this as a threat? — Preceding unsigned comment added by LikkerdySplit (talkcontribs) 15:51, 14 January 2017 (UTC)

It's a notice that anyone who makes edits related to living people on Wikipedia needs to comply with policies and guidelines relating to living people. Several of your recent edits indicate you may be unaware of those policies and guidelines, so I am letting you know about them and suggesting that you read them. Re: Malia Bouattia

Stop threatening me. From the looks of it, you seem to enjoy threatening other users, in spite of your complete lack of authority to 'take further measures'. The article Malia Bouattia contains an entire section on the dubitability of her black identity. Making users aware of this fact, or adding further context (such as clarifying the previously incorrect claim that she was the first 'black' NUS president is completely in accordance with guidelines. Feel free to start a discussion on the article's talk page. Any further personal threats will be treated as harassment.

QuickClown (talk) 15:44, 16 January 2017 (UTC)

There is nothing "dubious" about it, and established consensus on the talk page supports my position, as do the overwhelming number of independent reliable sources, which treat her heritage as a stated fact. It's you who needs to discuss your proposed changes and provide reliable, non-opinion sources for your claims — and no, Breitbart and its ilk do not count. DYK

Hello NorthBySouthBaranof, I have left a review of your DYK nomination at Template:Did you know nominations/Bears Ears National Monument, please review it when you get a chance. Very good work, by the way! --haha169 (talk) 02:55, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

Hello, just wanted to stop by to make sure you didn't accidentally misread my above comment. When you get the chance, can you please swing by and check on your DYK nomination? Thanks! --haha169 (talk) 05:49, 17 January 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I'm thinking that with the topic of King's racial ancestry coming up over and over again, we might need some kind of assistance with tamping it down. Sure, if somebody wants to bring forward secondary reliable sources that truly challenge the existing copy, that is fine, but what we keep seeing is editors bringing their personal opinions, highly biased sources and primary sources -- and this is causing disruption to the work of editors and may even trip the spirit if not the letter of WP:BLP. Maybe we should take this to a noticeboard of some sort? Stevie is the man! TalkWork 15:31, 22 January 2017 (UTC)

"Edit War"

Alright, so let's talk then. It's just when someone jumps directly to "delete first, explain later", what sort of impression does that give people? — Preceding unsigned comment added by CitationKneaded (talkcontribs) 09:32, 24 January 2017 (UTC)
