When this block expires, stop creating copies of your draft article all over the place. Articles and drafts do not belong in [[Wikipedia: ]] pages. You have your draft at Draft:Norman Quizon and that is the only place it should be -- and even there it is likely to be rejected, as musicians must satisfy the notability requirements at WP:NMUSIC to qualify for a Wikipedia article.
