The proper place is the Talk page of the article. Content cannot be copy/pasted from websites, as that is a copyright infringement. On the Talk page, propose what you want to add, with one or more references in proper format. BE BRIEF. Your first attempt had far too much detail. Inserting a hyperlink is not proper format.
