A video is on here of an interview with Andrew Whiting in 2009 and the first question he is asked is regarding AA! being labeled a "christian band" and states that the band isn't a christian band, despite the lyrical content of their music Nordic42 (talk) 06:11, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I saw that. Wikipedia is based on WP:SECONDARY observers publishing their thoughts. The thoughts of the band are primary, not secondary. Secondary sources are definitive. If the band doesn't like a label given them by the media, we can tell that fact to the reader, but it doesn't affect the label, which remains in place despite the band's wishes.
