March 2011

[edit]

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Jasper Deng (talk) 23:15, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used mainly for trolling, disruption or harassment. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Why, where is the evidence dear fellow? Any edits I may or may not have made seem to have been deleted. Any reasonable person would assume that I am guiltless without proof of guilt? Or is this a form of thoughtcrime?

Decline reason:

The evidence is still available. Talk page access revoked. WP:FREESPEECH. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 00:03, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Non-admin comment: Your edits were deleted because they were only for trolling and flaming others including me. You will not earn an unblock with that.Jasper Deng (talk) 23:56, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ah. And you decide which speech is acceptable and which is not? This is a violation of my basic first amendment rights. I may bring you to the Supreme Court. One should also bear in mind that you are a pitiful cretin. Noobbody (talk) 23:57, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
On Wikipedia, there is no freedom of speech for grossly insulting comments attacking others.Jasper Deng (talk) 23:59, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Plus, if it wasn't obvious you are just wasting others' time, it would be very easy to "prove" your edits, since records of them all are kept. MobileSnail 00:01, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but where is the evidence? Without evidence you have no case. This is victimisation. I merely offered advice to certain members who were able to change their ways. You should thank me, not hate me. Someone had to step in and tell it like it is! Noobbody (talk) 00:02, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Nor is there a blanket right under the First Amendment - it is a privilege, with conditions attached. The evidence is in the logs, even though you cannot see them. - Sitush (talk) 00:02, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Admins can still view the deleted contributions, and I've checked them - and they were grossly abusive and absolutely not permissible on Wikipedia -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 00:06, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
