Ryukyu related potential article

I noticed you maintain a list of redlinked Ryukyu related potential articles. i ran across a us army newsletter from the postwar era, which mentioned this person:

Chief Executive, Government of the Ryukyu Islands

Shuhei Higa: (from japanese WP) Born in Nakagami District, Okinawa Yomitan. Lost his right arm in an accident even in elementary school, encouraging study, 1925 (1925) graduated from Waseda University Department of English Literature.

After Kouyasan at Junior High School in Wakayama Prefecture, sent teaching for 20 years, he was vice principal of a middle school teacher and a third of Okinawa Prefecture Okinawa Prefecture is the second junior high school alma mater.

Survived the Battle of Okinawa in the middle school student who led the Third Corps Hospital. After the war, Okinawa people are employed in government, served as Chief Cabinet Secretary and Head of the translation.

Been bought to be able to communicate in English with the ability of government, 1950 (1950) inquiry committee headed Ryuukyuu provided temporary. 1951 (1951), the federal government appointed temporary chief Ryukyu April. The following year, Ryukyu government were established, he became the first government chief.

Experiencing problems during his chief military land, in the struggle to resolve, and sudden death. Awarded the Order of the death 三等瑞宝中綬章.

Unsourced stuff in Taureg

I noticed you'd conversed with User:Ameno before on his talk page, so maybe you know about this kind of thing. I find myself skeptical about some unsourced material he contributed as explained at [1] but for all I know it's all true, so I asked on the Humanities desk, but it doesn't look like anybody is answering. Just because Google keeps coming up blank on terms I search may not mean much, because I don't know how much Google they have in the Sahara. If you would, could you give your opinion? Thanks!
