Spaces

HAPPY HELP

Spaces usually come after punctuation marks.

Instead of this:
  • I like rabbits.They are not only cute,but friendly too.
Try this:
  • I like rabbits. They are not only cute, but friendly too.

Protect Your Article
1. Putting lots and lots of references into your article protects it from being deleted.
2. Put references in your article like this example:
Rabbits are cute.<ref>http://www.about-rabbits.com</ref>
3. Add this to the bottom of the article:
==References==
{{reflist}}
4. Don't use Baidu.baike, Hudong, Tianya and sites that are not professionally written.
5. Write in your own words. Just the facts. Don't copy and paste.
6. Make your article style like other articles.

Link

Link to your article when you communicate. Like this:

Come and see my new article. It's called [[Dumpling]].

Picture for Tongzi Opera article

[edit]

Hi! Thank you for your message. It would be great to add a picture to the Tongzi Opera article.

Where does the picture come from? Is it a photograph that you took yourself, with your own camera or phone? Or does it come from somewhere else, like a website? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 19:09, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

How to upload the picture

[edit]
  1. Name the picture on your computer, something descriptive like Tongzi_Opera_in_2011.jpg
  2. Go to http://commons.wikimedia.org/
  3. Log in or create an account
  4. Click Upload File (under Participate on the left)
  5. Click Select a media file to donate to choose the picture from your computer
  6. Click Upload, then Continue, after you have chosen your picture
  7. Select This file is my own work then click Next
  8. Add a description of the picture in the white box next to where it says English. Describe what the picture is of, and when and where it was taken.
  9. Copy the link from under where it says To use the file in a wiki
  10. You can now paste that link, including the [[ and ]], into the Tongzi Opera page and it should work
  11. I am watching the article so if there are problems, I will help to fix it :) --Demiurge1000 (talk) 16:47, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
