User talk:Nisrani
Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Nisrani! I am Marek69 and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

You removed a link from the article above twice, the first time with no reason given, and I replaced it as the link is to a book that discusses Asherah, and the second time with the comment 'solicitation'. I have no idea what you were thinking when you added that comment, but please do not remove relevant links no matter what your opinion is of them. If you think it is not relevant then raise it at the talk page. Thank you. Dougweller (talk) 09:01, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
- It appears from your comment at the talk page and your edit summary that you removed it because you didn't like the article and it hadn't been mentioned in the citation. If it had been mentioned it would have been linked and yes, then should not be in See also. But neither of your reasons are good reasons for not having it. Never mind, the issue is moot now as it is in the article itself. Dougweller (talk) 10:53, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
