Thank you for providing a third opinion here. However, I would suggest that, before getting involved in other disputes, you first get acquainted with WP and its policies/guidelines. Having been around for 20 years may indicate that a journal is notable. However, in and of itself, it does not establish notability. Not a single WP guideline has "age" as a notability criterion.
