Niko
[edit]I notice you're trying to change the GTA IV article to show that Niko is Russian... This is largely unsupported by the most-recent reliable sources on the matter (which note he is of "unspecific Eastern-European" origin, if I recall correctly.) Please ensure you reliably source statements you add to articles. I also note that you have nearly broken our three-revert rule. Please discuss controversial changes on the talk page of the article in question before attempting to re-introduce this material. –xeno talk 15:13, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- No problem, you were acting in good faith. This issue has received a lot of argumentation (see Talk:Grand Theft Auto IV/Archive 14#Niko's Nationality for a start) and we settled on "unspecific Eastern European" eventually. In any case, I hope you stick around to help contribute to more articles, just keep in mind that statements that may be called into question should be reliably sourced. –xeno talk 17:29, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
