There's no "program", Politis. It's handmade (like grandma's embroideries!). Feel free to edit the comment and copy the code. Then replace the letters (N...i...k...o...S...) with yours and also experiment with the color codes to show the gradient you like. Then copy the whole thing in your prefs in the "nickname" box, and activate the "raw sig" button. Then save prefs and test it!
