I'm not sure what you mean.
If you think Auntie Hammy should have an article, take a look at Help:Your first article.
My advice is to also take a look at Wikipedia:Notability (people). Make sure that this person has been discussed in depth by multiple reliable, independent sources. See Wikipedia:Reliable sources and Wikipedia:Independent sources to understand what that means.
For articles about living people, standards are a bit higher, as well. This is explained at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons.
