[edit]Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism, such as the edit at Lithuania, are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage editors. Please see what is not vandalism for more information on what is and is not considered vandalism. In addition, please read this discussion before accusing others of vandalism, and start a dicussion per WP:BRD if you still think otherwise. – Sabbatino (talk) 10:18, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- I will remind you that you must discuss the matter per WP:BRD policy, because at the moment you are edit warring, which can lead to you being reported for such behavior. During the discussion it was agreed that "northern-eastern Europe" is the best formation to deal with the situation since UN and EU do not have the final say on where Lithuania is situated, and because there are many organizations that say otherwise. Your editing history shows that you most likely do not belong in Wikipedia as almost all your edits in Lithuania's page are disruptive. I advise you to settle down and discuss it or I will have no other option but to report you. – Sabbatino (talk) 18:10, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- You stating all my references being disruptive is just simply incorrect. I've contributed many times on this page, provided resources, updated statistics and etc. You are voiding something that shouldn't be voided (me fixing Lithuania's classification to Northern European, with provided references from the United Nations, which source would be more credible and important than that). I stand my ground, your undos don't even contain any references to begin with.
- First of all, the lead section is not supposed to be sourced per MOS:LEAD and should contain key facts. Secondly, if you took time you would realize that there are other sections in the page that describe the geographic position. The Lithuania#Geography section of the page describes the reasons for the country being listed as being in the "northern-eastern Europe" (the lead section cannot contradict what is written in the rest of the page), and there is even a note, which describes all that. Thirdly, you cannot just come and change what was decided by a consensus almost 1 year ago just because you do not like it, which is not an argument. In addition, just because "Estonia's and Latvia's pages do it" (this is again not an argument) that does not mean that Lithuania's page should be the same since pages in Wikipedia are not supposed to be the same (take a look at Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Serbia or other European countries' pages). Lastly, a reference cannot be disruptive, but and edit can be and looking at the edit summaries you left in Lithuania's page it looks like most of your edits are disruptive since you keep ignoring what is being told to you. Do not reinstate your additions per WP:BRD until you realize what is being written to you. – Sabbatino (talk) 06:30, 27 June 2018 (UTC)

Please see User talk:EdJohnston#Lithuania. An editor states you are "..edit warring by changing the country's geographic position in the lead section despite a consensus being reached almost 1 year ago". You may add your own comment there if you wish. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 13:29, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
