I propose to exclude from this article Hong Kong, Macau and Aland islands, but to include Western Sahara, Palestine (as territories what fight for independence), and Ceuta, Melilla and small islands under Spanish control off shore Moroccan coast (because Morocco claims these territories). --User:212.98.173.133 23:26, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

SADR and Palestine are not dependencies in any way, and Ceuta and Melilla are integrated into Spain. (Apart from that, I consider Morocco's threats to seize them pretty hypocritical, seeing the situation in SADR...) —Nightstallion 20:25, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
