I am providing this notice after consulting with the Admin closing the AfD. Edivorce 14:50, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for this note. I have reasserted my original opinion on the new AfD. NickContact/Contribs 02:50, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Removal of user from WP:AIV

Hi Nick -- sometimes when declining a block (esp. when the user has not recently vandalized) I leave a message instead of just removing the listing, so the editor who added it can see the reasoning, and then hopefully removes the listing him/herself. That's the way it used to work, anyway; now that you mention it, I hope this does not screw up the new bot that manages AIV listings. Thanks, --MCB 06:57, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Whoops! I looked at the diff and see what you mean... no, that was completely accidental and it must have been a text-editing error in my browser. My apologies (and further apologies for jumping to the wrong conclusion). Please re-add your listing if you have not already. Best, --MCB 07:08, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Re San Jose

Are you a local? I am. Do you just see the word "penis" and assume it's vandalism? It is infact referred to as the "fecal penis" because it in fact, looks like a coil of dog shit, and the head of the snake looks like a penis. Look at the original text- "park god"- why would locals jokingly refer to it as "park god" because of its shape- does that make any sense to you? I didn't think so. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.6.11.231 (talk) 22:36, 29 January 2007 (UTC).
