Steiner school
[edit]There are too many schools to list them all in the general articles. I'm afraid I've removed the Steiner school link you added...sorry. I know this was a good faith edit. Best wishes -- hgilbert (talk) 04:25, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
- It would make a great deal of sense to build a page for the Steiner School - I'm surprised that it doesn't have one. Some advice for this: be sure to reference newspaper and magazine articles in the body so that it's clear that this is an institution of significance. The article about the school would then be able to have a link to the school's website, of course!
- That the school was the first in NA is significant and could be included in the text of the Waldorf education article, with a link to the school's Wikipedia page. (Links in captions and in articles are encouraged but should normally point to Wikipedia pages.)
- Hoping that's helpful! - And feel free to ask more questions; I know how complicated everything seems when just starting out. The above links in the welcome section should help, as well. By the way, when posting on talk pages, you should always have the software add your signature and the date by including four tildes (~~~~) at the end of the post: hgilbert (talk) 14:41, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
- I just checked and Rudolf Steiner School presently redirects the user to Waldorf education. I can fix this easily, but I suggest that for now, just while you are setting up the article, you do so on a temporary page here: User:Newyorkerbynature/Rudolf Steiner School. Then when it's taken some shape I'll help you transfer it over and delete the redirect. Sound good? hgilbert (talk) 14:53, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, this is very helpful. And I initially missed but then added the signature to my original question to you - sorry about that goof. Newyorkerbynature (talk) 21:06, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
