Article Review
[edit]The improvements made to your article are very well done, especially the contribution about responses from other ethnic groups, like Jewish organizations. I found it very interesting to read about responses other oppressed groups have towards the Black Lives Movement. The information added was very well researched and relevant to the topic. I have a few minor suggestions on the overall improvement of the article:
1. Briefs is spelled incorrectly in this line in the Platform section: furthermore, the Movement for Black lives has provided breifs explaining how individuals/organizations can get involved as well as the different levels of government through which the platform seeks to enact specific legislation.
2. There is some information that I would like to see added to this article for more context:
- when/where did the movement originate - i.e. after what black death did the saying "Black Lives Matter" start to gain notice?
- what famous celebrities and/or advocates have spoken for this movement?
- Has any legislation been passed in favor of this movement - what are its successes?
