If it is that unique, yes. But not as a list, and only if it is sourced from a reliable source that is independent of the school/district. As in put that it is one of only ten schools in the state, and then list a few of those classes. If you take a look at a lot of the other schools you will see this long lists of classes and activities, which make regular editors cringe since this is supposed to be an encyclopedia.
