Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Neil Harrap has been reverted.
Your edit here to Neil Harrap was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21K6n-HMXQs) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 07:57, 25 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You need to provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that you meet the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. The types of links removed automatically by the bot are not adequate and do not conform with our policies, as explained in the bot edit above Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:50, 25 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Note that all the text needs to be referenced or it may be removed. Use <ref>[url description]</ref> for in-line citations, and put {{reflist}} at the end to generate the list Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:58, 25 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edit to Wikipedia:Notability (people)

[edit]

The "Karl Du Fresne" content seemed to be the draft of a possible article?... In any case you put it in the wrong place on Wikipedia. Wikipedia:Notability (people) is an instructional page, concerning the parameters that indicate if a person is even notable enough to have a Wikipedia article & how to prove that notability. I would suggest you use your sandbox - ^^^see it, right up there at the right-top of the page? - to develop and work on possible article-content. Shearonink (talk) 05:06, 27 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Neilharrap: The lesson here is, if you have a questionable edit history the last thing you should do is draw attention to your editing. I didn't know you were promotional editor before but now I can properly address this with you. Thanks. Chris Troutman (talk) 05:28, 27 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
