The Hyperion Water Plant page has ample information on the history of the plant. I would like to see a link to "reclaimed water" so that readers can get more information if they are unaware of the process. Heal the Bay program information has the linked page within it's section. One edit would be to change "It took two years to have Hyperion accountable for their actions and it took 12 years, along with a 12.6 billion price tag to finally have Hyperion dump only clean water into the Santa Monica Bay" to replace the word dump within that sentence.
