Epoch Times as a source

Hi. I used the Epoch Times as a source for Tujia language, as I couldn't find anything else in English. I was reverted per WP:RSP.

I noticed your comment in WP:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_279#The_Epoch_Times,_once_again, that you have spent some time browsing the [ET] site, and I really haven't found a single story that appears reliable and not covered by a more reputable source.

In this case, the ET story appears to be an English translation or summary of reports in a local interest story from a local paper, not a political rant or conspiracy story. It's also not the kind of topic I'd expect anyone to push for propaganda or misinformation. I haven't been able to find anything else in English, and I'm not able to search Chinese sources.
