@Ronhjones: You shouldn't have taken User:IndianBio's word at face value and blocked this User. After all, it was the filer who initiated all these tensions with his bullying and threats against the blockee. See here [1] and here [2] Impartiality of an Administrator is of paramount importance. @Coffee: Can I have your thought on this? Since it was you who asked these two users to seek consensus (Result: Page protected – consider dispute resolution), would you please from now on limit, and if possible, prohibit any interaction between these two? Certifications

Thank you for participating in the talk page. I was searching missed certifications for Madonna's works. I found some of them, like with Ray of Light in Singapore, Music in Chile. Also, I found several about True Blue in other countries like Philippines. Do you know about others that are missed? or are you available to search :)?.
