I don't think it's fare to block some new user. May be i have not given proper source link for my work page or poorly managed. I want to contribute lot of things to Wikipedia. I tried with in the rule and same kind of content is already present on Wikipedia. So, let me know why my created page should not be here. Thanks!

Hi MR Ponyo, Just i need to understand why you deleted a page name Vishaal Nityanand, His contribution to Indian Cinema should be on Wikipedia. If you are not satisfied with the source link then let me know. Yesterday Great Indian Actor Tom Alter Passed way. His last film Life Flows On need to add in his page Tom Alter.
