Draft:China-Africa Economic Development

I moved your article to Draft:China-Africa Economic Development, where you can develop it to give a more acceptable article. This is preferable to speedy deletion, as articles with no content are subject to. When the draft is reasonably complete and coherent (even if not "finished"), it can be either submitted through Articles for creation or WP:MOVEd to Article space. Cheers, --Animalparty! Speedy deletion nomination of China-Africa Economic Development

A tag has been placed on China-Africa Economic Development requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
