This is an improvement on the current system. I'd have the bot archive resolved items after a week, to prevent premature closes. The bot could also move new items to open once there has been some kind of response. Perhaps a friendly bot operator is needed to help with a mock-up. Kevin (talk) 23:47, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
