Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Algeria at the 1983 World Championships in Athletics. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. These articles were converted to redirects as per the unanimous consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Algeria at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. Restoring these articles in defiance of this consensus is considered to be disruptive editing and will be dealt with accordingly. If for some reason you feel that the result of the discussion somehow did not reflect the consensus therein, or if you feel that there were other policy-related reasons that there were procedural errors, you are free to request a deletion review here. In my personal opinion, though, if you do so, you are not likely to get the result which you are looking for. Thanks for listening. --Finngall talk 00:11, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

All my edits are correct and from reliable and legitimate sources. You cannot delete my articles, which I strive to bring information from various other Wikipedia pages. Please give me a little respect because I have a lot of history on Wikipedia Nassimohr (talk) 00:17, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You are the ones who started to sabotage Wikipedia by sabotaging my works and articles that contain reliable sources Nassimohr (talk) 01:32, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you create an inappropriate page, as you did at Algeria at the 1991 World Championships in Athletics. Do not manually change an AfD result again. FatalFit | ✉   00:52, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

How was my page determined to be inappropriate? Although it contains correct information and sources from the International Association of Athletics Federations Nassimohr (talk) 01:36, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Algeria edition articles

[edit]

FYI - I have merged the detail and citations you added from the redirected articles to Algeria at the World Athletics Championships. Creating this kind of content for nations who send fewer athletes to this championships is usually best done at the main country article rather than an edition-specific one, because small delegations are unlikely to meet general notability requirements (unlike Russia at the 2011 World Championships in Athletics, for example).

For what it's worth, you likely would have avoided a block if you reached out to people at Wikipedia:WikiProject Athletics for assistance, rather than trying to force the point with article reversions. SFB 15:39, 6 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Nations at the 2011 Arab Games indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. plicit 14:51, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Algeria at the 2011 Arab Games

[edit]

Hello, Nassimohr, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username Edward-Woodrow, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Algeria at the 2011 Arab Games, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Algeria at the 2011 Arab Games.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Edward-Woodrow}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
