You have not proposed a new username as instructed, one that is individualistic in nature(your real name is not required). You wrote a clear advertisment for your college, so much so it could have been lifted from a promotional brochure. On Wikipedia, there is no difference between "informational" and "promotional". Wikipedia is not for merely providing information, and is not a place for organizations to tell the world about themselves. Wikipedia is for summarizing what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about a topic, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability. You have also violated the conflict of interest and paid editing policies(paid editing includes employment). You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your college. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road. If you want to be a general contributor and edit about other topics, like Joe Biden or Narendra Modi or science or the history of your country, please tell what topics you might edit about.
