it is concerned equally with the prevention of illness and the conservation of health. skillful nursing care embrace the whole person, body, mind, and soul. apply principles of philosophy in nursing intervention. use community resources to achieve the goal of nursing. assume leadership as a member of the health team and community provide comprehensive nursing care to persons without discrimination of race, sex, religion or culture in a variety of settings.
