A barnstar for you!
The Technical Barnstar | |
I can't believe the admin who designed ClueBot NG hasn't gotten a technical barnstar! Maybe next you should create a bot that deletes spam or PRODed pages after a week (you're an admin, so one of your bots would be able to have the admin tools.) Or a bot that corrects typos on fully protected pages. You have fine skills as an editor, but you can really help by creating more bots. I love you! (Oh, and by the way, you need to protect ClueBot III's operation page. Anyone can turn it off because it isn't protected. Just thought I'd drop you a note.) ClueBot
Hello Cobi
Just to let you know I've upgraded the protection level for the run page for ClueBot NG and ClueBot III. I asked Methecooldude about the problems Lyndon Labs were having on his talk page, I suggested meantime that the run pages for the bots are fully protected until the hardware issue that Lyndon Labs seem to be having is resolved and he agreed. What I didn't want to happen is for someone to change the pages to false and for that to cause problems when the hardware is being tested, restarted etc. I've put to block all non-admin users indefinitely, I should be on Wikipedia every day this week so if I find that the problem is resolved I will put the pages back to being locked to all non-registered users.
I hope you're well :)--5 albert square (talk) 21:05, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
