[edit]Your submission at Articles for creation: 2024 Atlantic hurricane season (September 14)
[edit]- If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:2024 Atlantic hurricane season and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
- If you do not edit your draft in the next 6 months, it will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.
- If you need any assistance, or have experienced any untoward behavior associated with this submission, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk, on the reviewer's talk page or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help from experienced editors.
- It's not even 2024 yet. Why would there even be reliable sources for the 2024 season as of 15 September 2023? Sheesh, really. Nanchang17 (talk) 14:59, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
- Why would you even make an article for a future season? WP:CRYSTAL applies. Your comment about it on your user page can be considered as a personal attack which I would strongly urge to cease doing in the future. – The Grid (talk) 18:55, 15 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Qcne (talk) 19:27, 15 September 2023 (UTC)

Replying on talk pages
[edit]Hi, Nanchang
I've been watching some of your contributions to talk pages and I would like to remind you to not feel obligated to reply to everyone and remember to provide sources and links. Some of your comments consist of nothing more than "I agree" or yelling about how person is wrong without providing any sources (though I have difficulties with tone sometimes). If you have any questions I'll try my best to help you.
Thanks, ✶Mitch199811✶ 02:18, 4 November 2023 (UTC)
- Specifically, I'd like to highlight WP:SHOUT ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5]), the number of examples of which is highly excessive. Please refrain from using any emphasis in the formatting of your replies beyond the standard support/oppose/comment prefixes. A lot of your comments are also in the theme of WP:ILIKEIT: such arguments are basically "I have a right to my opinion" and do not carry much, if any, weight when determining consensus. Plus, fiddling with a non-discussion part of my talk page is weird and I can't grasp what you were trying to accomplish there. --Jasper Deng (talk) 02:48, 4 November 2023 (UTC)

Robert McClenon (talk) 06:26, 8 November 2023 (UTC)- Thanks, although that was not written by me. I just submitted the article, and did quite a few edits on the page and the 2023 Hong Kong rainstorm and floods.
- Once again, thank you for accepting this draft.
