Information icon Hello, I'm GeneralizationsAreBad. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cinema of Kurdistan that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GABgab 22:21, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It is very obvious that this is a retaliatory AFD filed merely to strike back at LouisAragon for nominating your own article at AFD. Please refrain from further personal attacks and WP:POINTY tactics, or you may be blocked for disruption. Also, note that AFD is WP:NOTCLEANUP - one uncited paragraph does not mandate deletion. GeneralizationsAreBad If one Paragraph without any Citation and Reference does not "mandate deletion", then how come LouisAragon can use such prejudice words as "There is no Kurdistan" in wanting to delete "Cinema of Kurdistan" article?

There is really no connection here between an uncited paragraph written by LouisAragon and something he said that you find objectionable. I recommend you try to work that out with him without likening him to a fascist or a Turkish/Persian nationalist, or calling him biased and accusing him of censorship. I understand that ethno-national issues are very hot topics here, just as they are in the world outside Wikipedia; nevertheless, we have seen enough drama in this subject and do not need any more. Regards, GABgab 22:40, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

GeneralizationsAreBad There is no need for me to talk to him, you can see clearly he uses words like "There is no Kurdistan" as a reason to delete an article about Cinema of Kurdistan, he deny me as a Kurd that I don't have a country, wouldn't you call that prejudice? I live in Kurdistan, and I contributed to that article on Cinema of Kurdistan, if he/she has an issue with the article, he/she should mention it and not just claim there is no Kurdistan. Because there is Kurdistan and here is in Wiki a large article about Kurdistan you can read and know about. If Wiki allow an article to be removed because of prejudice and censorship that there is no "Kurdistan", then you can remove more than 40 million Kurds living in Kurdistan and remove every article in which "Kurdistan" has been used in it.
