Factual errors is one thing. Removing a reliably sourced controversy about your org and sliding it in with an edit summary "I changed several incorrect facts in the CPAE and CSP sections and made minor grammar changes" is another. Your edit summary totally ignored that removal. When an single purpose account representing an org starts removing negative items and hiding them in other edits, it starts to look suspect.
