In a way, it IS based on zoning. "Non-magnet" kids are admitted from Johnston, Pershing, and Long zones - i.e. they are very specific zones. "Magnet" kids may come from anywhere in the district. WhisperToMe 00:30, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
