Information icon Hello, I'm P,TO 19104. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of awards and nominations received by Justin Bieber, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. P,TO 19104 (talk) (contribs) 17:03, 25 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Turkish people, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Information icon Hello, I'm Semsûrî. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Semsûrî (talk) 21:55, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain why you are continuously removing sourced content from articles without any explanation? Slywriter (talk) 01:58, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of Turkish pop musicians, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Baha. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:55, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Flag of Turkey. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Beshogur (talk) 11:10, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Turkish Armed Forces, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Shadow4dark (talk) 17:40, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Neo-Ottomanism, you may be blocked from editing. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 03:51, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Changing images in articles

[edit]

Hi Mypthegoat, you've been changing images at the Sivas article without explanation, even after I've reverted a couple of your edits doing this. Your edits are especially strange since you've replaced high-quality images with lower-quality images that don't contribute anything new (e.g. here), and you even replaced the lead image with an image that doesn't show the city, which is the topic of the article (here). If you want to edit more images on articles, please consult the manual of style for images. Per those guidelines, images should be relevant to the article's text and be of high quality where possible, among other guidelines. In the future, please also provide edit summaries so that your motivation for these changes is clearer. R Prazeres (talk) 16:32, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of Turkish pop musicians has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication that "turkish pop music" is actually a genre (the former article under that name has since been redirected to pop music); in addition, not a single entry in this list is sourced.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

I realize that you didn't create the article but you appear to be one of the most active editors on it; and the actual creator hasn't been on Wikipedia since 2012. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 15:14, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Find a source to prove your claims both sources days its 5 to 6 million Barbardo (talk) 22:57, 18 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Do I really need a claim tho? Turkey have a 60-65 million Turkish people and there are 80 million Turkish people in the world. So if "Turkish diaspora" means about the number of Turkish people outside of Turkey then the number for diaspora should be around 15-20 no? That's why I'm keep changing like quick maths. It's not hard. Mypthegoat (talk) 23:34, 18 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This about the diaspora both sources given say 5 to 6 million find a source that says to to 20 million and where are you getting 80 million from thats just a estimation? Barbardo (talk) 23:47, 18 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Check "Turkish people" page. That's where I saw. But that's fine if it says 5-6 million on both sources it can stay that way. Mypthegoat (talk) 00:29, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Mypthegoat! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Luka Doncic several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Luka Doncic, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Please join ongoing discussion at WT:NBA#Conference finals mvp and make your arguments there to seek consensus rather than edit-warring, thank you. Left guide (talk) 22:08, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I peeped the talk page and consensus so far was to getting agree on including Conference Finals MVP award on a player's career awards and achievements part. It must be get included on all 6 winning Conference Finals MVP award so far and I did my part. Thanky you. (Jaylen Brown has it too right now.) Mypthegoat (talk) 22:48, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
