[edit]Hi, [1] you replaced targeted as it appears in the source as well as the majority of common usage. i suggest this is confusing as it would render the other applications approve sans scrutiny, which does not appear to be the case. all groups are examine or inspect closely and thoroughly to receive tax exception. this article is about the specific groups targeted for additional scrutiny. plz self-revert and feel free to move this to the article talk or the appropriate forum. According to Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines, Wikipedia talk pages are only for communications regarding article production and development. Anything outside this scope is deleted.
But not only you are violating this guideline, you are resorting to uncivil comments too. So, get this: If you post one more out-of-scope post in talk pages or restore old deleted out-of-scope contents, I will report you. So, please take your technical questions outside Wikipedia.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
