Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at firstโ€”it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Whoops, I just spotted you joined 9 years ago. Nobody ever welcomed you, better late than never. --๐•๐•„๐”ฝ (talk) 16:29, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for not replying promptly. I slipped away from Wikipedia for a while. I saw your edit summary regarding "precedes" and "procede" and you're right, the latter is definitely the right word. For some reason, on my end anyway, the Wikipedia spellcheck was treating "procede" as misspelt and when I landed on "precede" it treated that word as correct. Spellcheck was correct. The correct spelling is proceed, no such beast as procede, afaik. I missed that too. ๐•๐•„๐”ฝ (talk) 11:48, 5 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Bissextile

I'm sure we can resolve this with discussion, as we both want to get the article to summarise the source accurately. (Thanks for correcting my misreading of which day was the bis day, btw.) Right now we seem to be editing past each other. If you don't agree with my latest reversion of your edit, let's discuss it properly at the article talk page rather than txt it the edit summary. --๐•๐•„๐”ฝ (talk) 16:26, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
