Hi Mullone
[edit]Hello, Mullone-
You reversed an edit I did to the page on Edmund Cartwright (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edmund_Cartwright), thinking I was practicing. I was not practicing. The edit I made is correct. If you review reference #2, it will verify that the deleted sentence was incorrect. The person whom this article is about, Edmund Cartwright, died in 1823. His son, also named Edmund Cartwright, died in 1833 - this Edmund was the only son on of the person whom this article is about. I did an undo on your reversal. Thanks! Hi Mullone
[edit]As the talk page on [[1]] shows, based on the advise of one senior editor, I did remove some self-promotional material from that article, to help the integrity of Wiki. I am surprised that you have restored the article. It's sad! 04:52, 22 November 2017 (UTC)~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:569:73A1:9C00:E58D:E7DE:AA58:8049 (talk)
- Hello, I rv your edit solo because it broke the article's refs, nothing personal. Next time I suggest you to take a look if everything is in place before saving the changes. Cheers. Mullone (talk) 05:14, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
- Hi, I am new to this, and I don't know how to to do that. I asked some editors to look at the article, nobody answered me. Finally, one editor suggested that I should delete the self-promotional stuff, which I did. Knowing you guys are very busy I restored the edits because if you just look at the article you will see why it is important to correct it. There are far too many unsubstantiated claims and ridiculous and absurd praises . It is really a disgrace for Wiki to have it. However, if you insist to restore it, I'll give up.
