[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 18:08, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Is this image of use anymore, or can it be deleted? Kingturtle (talk) 14:22, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
- It may be of interest for the archive of the talk page of Interlace, but other than that it can go as far as I'm concerned. I still weep when I read that article, but I guess if enough people with only a faint/partial understanding of the subject keep editing and filling the talk page with nonsense it's inevitably stuck in mediocrity and misinformation. - Was it made to be included in the article, or was it made to illustrate something to other editors? Kingturtle (talk) 01:30, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
- It's too big (both in dimensions and filesize) to be included in the article but it was meant to convey the different variations of the twitter effect within the restraints of an animated GIF (which cannot animate at 60fps) on whichever display device the wikipedia reader might be looking at it. One of the problems with the GIF used in the article (although admittedly much better now than the one that was in the article at the time) is that it shows unintended artefacts on most LCD screens (especially ones with an overdrive circuit).
