[edit]Thanks for your contribution to the symphysis pubis dysfunction article. I thought I should let you know that I had moved discussion of the apparent contradiction to the article's talk page, and flagged the problem at the head of the article. You may want to take a look and make further edits. Best wishes, --Wavehunter (talk) 18:05, 6 November 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Measurement uncertainty. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Jackmcbarn (talk) 22:51, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Once again found inappropriate content added to Wikipedia with reference link to personal website with paid download (advertising or promotion) to page for ANOVA gauge R&R. Feel free to add as much information you want to the Wiki page, and link the reference as supporting evidence. One should not merely link to an external site only and not include that relevant info on the Wiki page. I think the ANOVA GR&R page could be made a lot better and you have the experience to do so. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2620:15C:280:102:F431:FB64:C248:DD01 (talk) 22:31, 30 August 2019 (UTC)
If you want to add your link to the "Further reading" section or as a reference that'll be ok, but Wikipedia articles don't have "go here" links in article bodies. --NeilN talk to me 22:52, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
- I've added one of your links to "Further reading". --NeilN talk to me 22:57, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Oat protein content
[edit]You said: So how do you explain the very different figure on food lables? Before you delete my entry why don't you go to a shop and pick up any packet of oats and see what it says. I know the 'reliable' sources say 17%, I said that in my entry. I still assert that there is 'confusion' when none of the food lables show a comparable figure. Or can you exp/ain this?
Not all food label information is confirmed against reliable sources; see WP:V. The manufacturer is obligated to that analysis and may be checked at random for accuracy by a regulatory agency like the FDA or FTC. Basically, your research on labels is WP:OR (i.e., your opinion based on a small sample biased to your decision where to shop) and the actual facts need to be checked against reliable sources per WP:SECONDARY. I suggest not worrying about this. We write/edit for an encyclopedia and want to present the most general but accurate, reliable information possible according to WP:RS. --Zefr (talk) 01:55, 28 September 2015 (UTC)
