Dr. Mohamed H. Osman, born in 1964 in Hargeisa, Somaliland. he studed primary and secondary education in Hargeisa during 1970-82. he attended Law school and obtained LL.B, Further studed Law in US and obtained LLM and Public administration and got MPA. he co-authored 4 books. he worked as secretary general to the Parliament of Somaliland for 12 years and laid down all parliamentary procedures. now he is an activist for the protection of the rights of the people living with AIDS.
